(ANSA) - Rome, June 4 - The demolition of public healthcare
has impoverished the whole of Italian society, the Italian
Bishops' Conference (CEI) said a message for the 15th national
Day of Care for Creation on September 1.
"In a context of uncertainty and fragility, it becomes
fundamental to rebuild a health system based on the centrality
of the person and not on economic interest," the CEI said.
The Care for Creation Day has the theme "Living in this world
with sobriety, with justice and with piety. For new lifestyles".
