(ANSA) - Rome, June 1 - Ferrovie dello Stato rail company
will step up services in phase two of the coronavirus emergency
when inter-region travel is permitted from Wednesday.
There will be 80 Frecce high-speed trains, six more than
previously announced, 48 intercity trains and 4,653 regional
trains, the state-controlled group said Monday.
"Supply will reach 100% of the pre-COVID services in the
metropolitan areas and on the lines of greatest mobility," FS
said on the site FS News.
