Contraband cigarette dealers had income

(ANSA) - Naples, October 21 - Five members of a gang of 12 contraband tobacco dealers in Naples were receiving the government's 'citizenship wage' basic income, police said Monday.
    The five were stripped of the benefit.
    In all, 12 people were arrested.
