Boy, 17, arrested for beating mother

(ANSA) - Taranto, June 25 - A 17-year-old boy was arrested in Taranto Tuesday on suspicion of kicking and beating his mother when she refused his demands for money.
    The boy's father had served jail time for domestic abuse.
