(ANSA) - Naples, May 17 - A young gunman wearing a helmet
opened fire in the courtyard of Naples' Vecchio Pellegrini
hospital overnight, sources said on Friday.
The intended target appears to have been a 22-year-old man
from the city's Arenella who had gone to the hospital with leg
injuries caused by a firearm shortly before the attack.
The shots fired in the hospital, however, failed to hit the
target, the sources said.
