(ANSA) - Viareggio, May 10 - Lorenzo Major, a 48-year-old
paraclimbing world champion, took his life by shooting himself
in a parking lot in Viareggio.
Police are investigating because Major allegedly had injuries
to his nose and head, and some lead shot was found in the
windows of a nearby building.
Prosecutor Antonio Mariotti has ordered an autopsy, which
will take place next week.
