(ANSA) - Rome, February 21 - A former spy already detained
for allegedly rigged Council of State sentences has been
arrested for allegedly breaching national security norms,
sources said Thursday.
Francesco Sarcina, who is in Rome's Regina Coeli Prison,
allegedly kept documents in his home "concerning State security"
including papers from the premier's office and documents on
assigning police escorts to a number of personalities, police
said.
Sarcina is a Carabinieri warrant officer who used to work for
the domestic intelligence service AISI.
