(ANSA) - Rome, January 10 - The centre-left opposition Democratic Party (PD) protested after Interior Minister Matteo Salvini's said of a Tunisian migrant who died in custody with his hands and feet bound "what should police do if they can't use handcuffs, offer (prisoners) cappuccino and brioche?".
