(ANSA) - Urbino, January 18 - Italian police on Friday
arrested a 60-something cardiologist in the Marche city of
Urbino for allegedly abusing patients during examinations.
The doctor stands accused of abuse by nine patients including
a 12-year-old boy who was being examined to get a sporting
fitness certificate.
The man is accused of sexual violence, police said.
He has been placed under house arrest, they said.
