(ANSA) - Milan, January 16 - A 53-year-old man was handed a
life sentence by a Milan court on Wednesday for killing a
73-year-old former neighbour in the town of Rho near Milan in
August 2017 and stealing jewelry from her home.
Renato Modugno was arrested in March 2018 on the basis of DNA
found on the victim, Antonietta Migliorati.
The woman was stabbed to death.
