(ANSA) - Salerno, November 20 - A waterspout formed this
afternoon around 2:20 PM near the Salerno commercial port.
The vortex could be seen a few kilometers away from the
provincial capital, sparking fear among residents.
No damage resulted, though some containers were knocked over
in the port.
Bad weather conditions have led to firefighters working in
the Sala Consilina area due to flooding.
