(ANSA) - Rome, November 19 - Violence against women that are
red flags for femicide such as domestic abuse, stalking and
sexual violence were down in the first nine months of this year,
Italian police said on Monday.
Arrests and citations for these crimes were "significantly"
up, the report said.
