(ANSA) - Monza, November 19 - A 28-year-old Italian man who
poisoned with thallium nine family members killing three in the
summer of 2017 was acquitted Monday by a judge who ruled he was
incapable of understanding his actions.
Mattia Del Zotto, 28, from Nova Milanese near Monza, will be
confined in a psychiatric facility for 10 years, the judge
ruled.
