(ANSA) - Rome, November 16 - Interior Minister Matteo Salvini has said the ministry is "going forward" on replacing "parent 1" and "parent 2" with "father" and "mother' on electronic ID cards for children.

"There is no privacy guarantor that can deny a child's right to have a mother and a father," he said.
