Cop on trial for stealing toilet paper

(ANSA) - Milan, October 22 - A traffic policeman went on trial Monday for allegedly stealing 884 rolls of toilet paper from the police warehouse he was working at in Milan.
    The man, 45, also allegedly stole three large liquid soap containers and other material including confectionery, police said.
    He stands accused of embezzling some 700 euros.
