(ANSA) - Milan, October 19 - A Milan appeals court on Friday
cleared former Berlusconi aide and ex-Senator Marcellor
Dell'Utri of tax fraud.
The court cancelled a first-instance sentence of four years
in jail over alleged tax fraud of 43 million euros on TV
advertising slots.
Dell'Utri is serving out the remainder of a seven-year
sentence for mafia association under house arrest because of
health reasons.
