(ANSA) - Potenza, October 16 - Italian police on Tuesday
arrested a 45-year-old Italian man on suspicion of sexually
abusing his daughter for nine years.
The alleged abuse took place near the Basilicata capital of
Potenza, police said.
The girl, who is now a teenager, summoned up the courage
recently to report her father, sources said.
He has been placed under house arrest.
