(ANSA) - Reggio Calabria, October 15 - Schools were closed
for bad weather in Reggio Calabria on Monday.
The mayor issued an ordinance after torrential rain.
Further south, near Ragusa in Sicily, 30 people took refuge
in a restaurant after a river broke its banks.
Meanwhile the recent storm damage on Sardinia was reckoned to
be around 100 million euros.
