Probe into huge Milan waste-site blaze

(ANSA) - Milan, October 15 - Milan prosecutors have opened a probe to establish the causes of a huge blaze at a facility for waste storage and processing in the north of Milan that took grip late on Sunday. Local residents have been told to keep their windows closed due to the potential threat of toxic fumes.
    The investigation will look into the possibility that the fire was the result of arson, among other things.
    Another blaze, meanwhile, hit a paper-waste site early on Monday at Novate Milanese, in the province of Milan.
