30-yr term for man who beheaded uncle

(ANSA) - Genoa, October 15 - A Genoa appeals court on Monday upheld a 30-year jail term for a nurse who beheaded his uncle because he was fed up of him walking over his land two years ago.
    Claudio Borgarelli stabbed Albano Crocco to death in a wood at Lumarzo near Genoa, and cut his head off.
