(ANSA) - Piacenza, October 9 - Three men are accused of
engaging in violent acts against migrants, including setting
fire to their lodgings.
The three men - aged 28, 39 and 53 - have been charged with
physical and verbal attacks and other crimes against migrants
with racial hatred as an aggravating circumstance.
The crimes were committed in recent weeks in Bettola near
Piacenza, where the migrants are housed.
The two oldest of those under investigation are accused of
attempted arson, damage and breaking into private property with
racial hatred as an aggravating circumstance.
The 28-year-old has instead been charged with aggravated
assault, carrying objects to be used as weapons, domestic
violence, threats, attempted arson and stalking with racial
hatred as an aggravating circumstance.
