(ANSA) - Rome, October 8 - As of September 30, 2018 has been
the hottest year in Italy since 1800, when measurements began,
with temperatures 1.53 degrees above average, according to an
ISAC-CNR report Monday.
"Among these first nine months," said ISAC-CNR climatologist
and author of the study Michele Brunetti, "we should pick out in
particular April, which was the hottest April ever," and
January, the second hottest ever".
