(ANSA) - Rome, September 18 - The newly crowned Miss Italy
may be stripped of her title because of nude photos that
appeared in magazine Oggi, sources said Thursday.
Organising company Miren said it had five days starting
Thursday to deliberate on the matter.
Marche native Carlotta Maggiorana, 26, won the contest on
Monday ahead of Campania's Fiorenza D'Antonio.
Chiara Bordi, an 18-year-old who was the victim of online
haters after becoming the first disabled Miss Italy contestant,
came third.
Bordi, from Tarquinia near Rome, lost her leg in a car crash
a couple of years ago.
