(ANSA) - Milan, A 49-year-old Filippino man drowned in the
Ticino River at Turbigo near Milan Thursday after diving in to
try to save his 14-year-old daughter and nine-year-old niece.
The man was swept away by currents while the two girls
managed to get out.
