(ANSA) - Rome, April 16 - Wives are right to leave their
husbands if they catch them trawling the Web for casual sex, the
supreme Court of Cassation said Monday.
The court upheld a Bologna court's verdict acquitting the
wife of "abandoning the family home" and thus not being liable
to get alimony.
