(ANSA) - Bolzano, March 22 - Three people were killed on
Thursday when an avalanche hit a group of mountaineers on the
Gran Zebrù mountain in Alto Adige, rescue sources said.
Two Austrian tourists were killed immediately and a
32-year-old Austrian tourist died later in hospital of her
injuries.
The victims were named as Andreas Klein, 28, from Hall in
Tirol; Martin Ferschmann, 49, from St. Georgen; and Tamara
Hoebinger, 32, from Waidhofen an der Thaya.
