Don't bear the name 'private'

(ANSA) - Strasbourg, February 22 - Companies can legitimately access workers' computer files, the European Court of Human Rights ruled Thursday. Ruling in favour of French railways, it said the files did not bear the name "private" and thus could be opened even in the absence of the employee.
    The ECHR upheld the acquittal of the French railway company by national courts.
