51 nabbed in drugs bust

(ANSA) - Catanzaro, February 20 - Italian police on Tuesday arrested 51 people in a major drugs operation in Calabria.
    The 51 are suspected of producing, trafficking, and distribution of narcotics, judicial sources said.
    The op smashed a "powerful" organisation operating in the south of Catanzaro, police said.
    Some 500 police and Carabinieri took part in the op.
