(ANSA) - Turin, January 23 - A non-EU homeless person died of
the cold in a Turin park on Monday after reportedly failing to
find a place at a homeless shelter.
Authorities said the shelters were not full.
Turin Archbishop Cesare Nosiglia said Tuesday it was "a wound
for the whole of Turin, he was like my brother".
