Arrests in Bari over council-home bribes (2)

(ANSA) - Bari, December 5 - Sabino Lupelli, the general manager of the Arca Puglia public building body, was among several people put under house arrest on Tuesday over a probe into alleged bribes for public contracts, including in relation to council housing. Businessman Massimo Manchisi and Antonio Lecce are also under house arrest, as are a Bari prosecutors' office clerk and a lawyer over alleged leaked information.
