(ANSA) - Rome, October 24 - Some 615,000 residents in Italy
died in 2016, down by 32,000, or 5%, on 2015, ISTAT said on
Tuesday.
The national statistics agency said there were 10.1 deaths
for every 1,000 inhabitants last year, compared to 10.7 in 2015.
