Average age of giving birth up to 32

(ANSA) - Rome, October 20 - ISTAT said Friday that the average age at which a woman gives birth at is expected to be around 32 for the 2015-2020 period, compared to an European Union average of 30.9. It said the lowest birth age registered in Italy was in the 1975-1980 period, when it was 27.5 years, also above the EU average of the day of 26.8.
