Suspect identified over German rape

(ANSA) - Rome, September 22 - Investigators have identified a suspect in relation to the case of a German woman who was raped and left tied naked to a pole last weekend in Rome's Villa Borghese park, sources said Friday. A young man matching the description given by the victim, including his clothes, was photographed and identified by municipal police during a standard check in the park a few days before the attack, the sources said.
