Migrant jumps off Jesolo roof (2)

(ANSA) - Venice, August 23 - A Moroccan immigrant threw himself off the roof of his two-storey home in Jesolo near Venice and is in serious condition after the 10-metre fall, police said Wednesday after vainly trying to to talk him down. Police were called to the premises by the immigrant's partner who reported a violent domestic row.
