(ANSA) - Rome, August 23 - Another two cases of eggs contaminated with pesticide fipronil have been found in Italy, NAS health and hygiene police said Wednesday. They said they would reveal the locations in a later press conference. On Tuesday two batches of fipronil-tainted eggs were found in Campania, after the first cases in Lazio and Marche - after which it was found in some frozen omelettes in Lombardy.
