Five-year-old killed by falling vase

(ANSA) - Rome, June 22 - A five-year-old boy is dead after being hit by a falling vase at Guidonia, near Rome, sources said Thursday. The boy is thought to have climbed onto a little wall in a garden when he was hit in the head by the falling object.
    He was taken to Rome's Pertini hospital.
