(ANSA) - Vicenza, May 23 - A man was cited Tuesday for
keeping dogs in "concentration-camp-like" conditions, judicial
sources said.
The man was cited for mistreatment of animals after the 11
dogs including 10 rottweilers and a labrador were found in
filthy and unsanitary conditions in his pound near the northern
city of Vicenza.
