(ANSA) - Naples, May 15 - A gang of thieves broke into a
Naples bank by digging a hole in the pavement outside and coming
up through the floor Monday.
The armed men locked customers and staff in a room before
making off with 46,000 euros.
The heist took place in a branch of the Banca Popolare di
Novara in central Naples, opposite Palazzo Reale.
