(ANSA) - Ancona, April 26 - A judge on Wednesday asked for 49
indictments in a car crash scam in the Marche region.
Those under investigation allegedly caused accidents with
elderly people or women on their own, by braking suddenly or
tricking their victims into not stopping at stop signs, judicial
sources said.
They then persuaded the victims to settle up on the spot,
sources said.
