(ANSA) - Catanzaro, March 14 - A car belonging to the head of
the local chapter of the centre-left Democratic Party (PD) was
torched at Cortale in Calabria Monday night, judicial sources
said Tuesday.
Town council member Danilo Scollato is believed to have been
targeted for his actions against the Calabrian mafia,
'Ndrangheta.
