(ANSA) - Rome, January 24 - Foreign Minister Angelino Alfano
said Tuesday that a minute of silence would be observed at the
Italian embassy in Cairo in memory of Giulio Regeni, one year
after his murder in the Egyptian capital.
In speaking before the Senate, Alfano added that a number of
initiatives in his memory would be supported including the
posting of his photo on the ministry website.
