Norcia Basilica facade made safe (2)

(ANSA) - Norcia, January 4 - The quake-damaged facade of the Basilica of St Benedict in Norcia has been made safe after the second part of a metal cage behind the structure was moved into place by foremen under the supervision of the cultural heritage superintendency. The church devoted to the founder of the Benedictine order was destroyed in quakes last year but the facade was re-erected.
