Dad gets 10 years for raping daughter

(ANSA) - Varese, October 27 - A father was sentenced to 10 years in prison Thursday for raping his underage daughter.
    The man was found guilty of raping his daughter over the course of four years, while she was under 10 years old. He also forced her to watch porn videos, the court found.
    His girlfriend was sentenced to two years for domestic abuse against the little girl, including pouring bleach on her head.
    The abuse began in 2009 when the child's parents separated and the mother moved away. She left their daughter in custody of her ex, who subsequently moved in with another woman.
    In 2012 the little girl finally revealed what was going on to her mother, who turned to police.
    The child has been placed in a social services group home.
    The convicted abusers both proclaimed their innocence.
