(ANSA) - Rome, October 24 - Labour ministry inspectors found
an 8% rise in off-the-books workers in Italian firms in the
first quarter of 2016, the ministry said Monday.
This was a 1.5% rise in the number of 'underground' workers
found in the same period in 2015, it said.
Fully 61% of firms were found to have committed some
irregularity in registering workers.
