Woman dies after childbirth in Florence

(ANSA) - Florence, October 4 - A 36-year-old woman died Monday after giving birth in Florence's Careggi Hospital, local media reported Tuesday.
    Tuscany health chief Stefania Saccardi said that a preliminary inquiry had shown "no problem" with the birth itself.
    A full inquest will now be performed.
    Doctors said the birth had been "regular" and the woman, who was having her first baby, had started haemorrhaging afterwards.
