(ANSA) - Verona, September 28 - An elderly man was found
dead in his home with his hands tied behind his back and wounds
to his face Wednesday.
Police said Luciano Castellani, 72, the owner of a
trattoria below his flat, was probably killed by robbers who
hadn't meant to kill him.
Nothing was missing from the flat.
The suspected murder took place at Valgatara, part of the
municipality of Marano di Valpolicella, in the province of
Verona.
