(ANSA) - Brussels, August 30 - The European Commission's
insistence that budget flexibility can only be used for
short-term post-earthquake spending has not changed after
Premier Matteo Renzi said Monday "we will take what we need" for
long-term projects, EC spokesperson Margaritis Schinas said
Tuesday.
