Quake: Provisional death toll up to 73 (2)

(ANSA) - Rome, August 24 - The provisional death toll from an earthquake that hit central Italy early Wednesday has risen to 73, the civil protection unit said after receiving reports of verified victims. The 6.0-magnitude quake flattened mountain towns between Lazio, Umbria and Marche.
