Two arrested over nursery brutality

(ANSA) - Milan, August 1 - Carabinieri police on Monday arrested ted owner and coordinator of a Milan nursery school, aged 35 and 34 respectively, for allegedly abuse of small children, ANSA sources said. The arrested pair allegedly slapped and insulted the children, tied them down with belts on various occasions and locked them in dark rooms. The probe into the alleged abuse was sparked by a hospital report that a child aged two had suffered a human bite.
