(ANSA) - Lecce, July 27 - Pop star Madonna is holidaying in
Italy's southern Puglia region and has visited the Duomo of
Lecce, posting a picture on Instagram Wednesday.
The singer, who is holidaying with a group of friends, posted
a photo showing two women from the back inside the 12th-century
cathedral with a caption reading, ''what friends do''.
Madonna is staying at the luxury resort of Borgo Egnazia, in
the beach town of Savelletri near Brindisi.
The singer, whose paternal grandparents hailed from the
town of Pacentro, in the southern Abruzzo region, has been
photographed by fans in the town of Alberobello and jogging on
the beach.
